Meg Kingston is a rare example of an independent author whose paperback sales have more than covered her production costs. A profit-making Indie Author! Her short stories have won prizes in numerous competitions and her work has appeared in anthologies, newspapers and magazines including Hub, New Scientist, Radio Times, NewBooks Mag, Bristol Evening Post, Chapter and Verse, Writers' Forum and Writing Magazine. Meg has run creative writing workshops for writing groups, libraries and others. Her bestselling "The MonSter and the Rainbow: Memoir of a Disability" has been praised by people with disabilities, members of the medical profession and many people who just want to know more about living with a chronic illness. It is used by Health Boards in their Undergraduate Doctor Training Programmes. Her fifth book "Chrystal Heart" is a Steampunk novel, published on 13/3/13 with a launch at Waterstone's in Cardiff.
