Meagan Beam is the founder of OTTER Reading (Optimizing Tactile Tools to Engage Readers). Her passion for the science of reading allured her to pursue her Master’s in Reading and her Associate and Classroom Educator certifications through Orton Academy. Her certifications led to the creation of a multisensory phonics tool that can be used to support all learners. Her dedication to the science of reading coupled with her entrepreneurial journey guided her to publish a best-selling book. She is currently continuing her education with training at the Certified level through the Academy and pursuing her Ed.D. in Reading, Literacy, and Assessments.
