May I introduce myself?

At the age of 15, I was very interested in the topics of health, fitness and personal development and read numerous books on these topics. Quite simply because good knowledge in these areas gives life a lot more quality and can greatly improve it in every respect.

I studied at the University of Hohenheim and the University of Stuttgart and have a technical degree in business administration. During my studies I trained as a health and nutrition advisor and then worked very successfully in this area for over 10 years. I am a manager at Forever Living Products, the largest grower, producer and distributor of Aloe Vera & Aloe Vera products in over 160 countries worldwide (firmly established in the market for over 40 years) and have worked successfully as a manager at Synergy WorldWide for many years .

During this time I helped develop the company's European market. Synergy Europe is a subsidiary of Nature`s Sunshine Products. Founded in 1972, the company is listed on the US Stock Exchange and is a pioneer in natural health and nutrition. It takes a leadership role in the area of ​​pure and effective natural products and is one of the most ethical and largest companies in the USA in this area.

Through numerous advanced training courses, including in the USA at management meetings in Los Angeles, I have always received the latest scientific findings and methods in the field of health care, fitness, effective anti-aging and personal development from globally respected doctors, top athletes, naturopaths and success coaches. So I've always learned from the best experts in their field. With over 22 years of experience and extensive knowledge in these areas, I have since been able to help countless people to become much healthier, physically younger and fitter, to simply feel really good in their own body again and thus to lead a much better and more livable life .

My vision is to show as many people as possible what possibilities there are to lead a long, wonderful life in the best of health with a lot of life energy and how everyone can fully exploit their potential through the right programming for success in the subconscious and the right winner mindset to live a truly extraordinary life. I would now like to share this valuable knowledge with everyone in my new book.
