Spiritual teacher, author, and CDM founder, Mary Ellen Flora, has been sharing her insight on spirituality since 1976 through her books, guided meditations, classes and presentations. Mary Ellen is an advocate of the use of daily meditation and has taught thousands of people to enrich their lives by using the spiritual techniques presented throughout her published works. She believes that we are all meant to be fully awake and alive, both spiritually and physically, and shares this belief with amusement, neutrality, and love. Male and Female Energies, Cosmic and Earth Energies and Kundalini are all examined with great enthusiasm and insight, allowing the reader to learn about and use each one in order to get more in touch with their spiritual nature. Mary Ellen currently resides in the Pacific Northwest of the United States where she continues to write, host online classes, and lead online guided meditations – all of which explore the spiritual concepts and techniques included throughout her works.
