Martin Hendel has over 25 years of practical experience in supply chain management. He is Vice President of Supply Chain Planning at a multinational healthcare company. During his career, he had the opportunity to work at large fast-moving consumer goods production sites, central Supply Chain offices, or Sales Organisations across multiple European countries where he implemented significant Supply Chain process improvements (e.g., Sales & Operations Planning) and planning systems. Whilst doing that he constantly led and coached sizable teams to high performance. As an enthusiastic leader, Martin is constantly looking for improvements and optimisation potential. Martin embodies lifelong learning. He is a trained forwarding merchant, logistics specialist, business economist and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration. Martin is a father of four children and lives with his wife in South Germany.
