Mark G. Walker has been a respected non-fiction writer for over three decades, known for his deep research and thoughtful analysis across a variety of subjects. With a successful career in non-fiction, Walker has now embarked on an exciting new journey into the world of fiction. Sherlock in the 24th Century is his first foray into the genre, blending his passion for the classic detective with a bold reimagining of Sherlock Holmes set in a futuristic universe.
The concept of placing Holmes and Watson in the 24th century is entirely Walker’s original idea, and he brings to life this unique vision with a captivating blend of mystery, intrigue, and science fiction. His debut novella, A Scandal in the Andromeda System, introduces readers to a world where timeless sleuthing meets advanced technology, all while maintaining the core of what makes Holmes and Watson such beloved characters.

• Book 2: The Red-Headed League – Holmes investigates a peculiar case involving a red-headed man hired for a seemingly pointless job, only to uncover a plot to rob a bank.
• Book 3: The Adventure of the Speckled Band – One of the most chilling stories in the series, where Holmes unravels the mystery behind a young woman’s death.
• Book 4: The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle – A stolen gemstone found in a Christmas goose leads Holmes on a search to track down its rightful owner.
• Book 5: The Adventure of the Engineer’s Thumb – A dark tale in which an engineer is hired for a mysterious job and narrowly escapes with his life.
