Mark Cunnington, born in Hastings 1959, started off writing articles in the 1980s for magazines associated with his lifelong passion for angling. Following on from these pieces and the occasional travel article for national newspapers, Mark wrote his first novel, The Syndicate, which was published in 1999. This book was followed over time by six others and these seven novels completed The Syndicate Series Volume 1. Published in 2014 and inspired by events in his own life and family history, Mark next wrote The Fear. Black Mirror Cult, which started off The Syndicate Series Volume 2, was published in September 2016. His latest book, Strait Sets - a dark, comic love story - is due to be published on 28 June 2021.
