Marina Wright, FDNP, is a functional nutrition practitioner, holistic health coach, and author of The Cortisol Reset Plan. Through her clinical practice and online programs, she helps individuals become more resilient to physical and psychological stress, reducing the long-term wear and tear that stress can place on the body and supporting lasting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Navarra in Pamplona, Spain, along with certifications from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Marina has also completed specialized training in Nutritional Psychiatry at the Food and Mood Academy at Deakin University, exploring the links between diet, mental health, and brain function, and in Somatic Stress Release™ at The Embody Lab, a holistic approach to supporting the nervous system.
