Mariah K. Lyons is an internationally renowned crystal educator, Reiki master, intuitive, Western herbalist and healing artist. She is the founder and CEO of ASTARA, a sustainable luxury crystalline grounding footwear company based in the US. Growing up in the mineral rich mountains of Utah awakened her deep love of nature and helped develop her intuitive communication with the natural world from a young age.
