Bio- Maria Talton Intro Driven by her passion to elevate the physical and mental well being of her clients, Maria is an expert holistic health practitioner with over 30 years of expertise in clinical mind and body therapy. Due to her vast amount of experience, Maria realizes that the needs of each individual are varied and believes in tailoring her treatment to suit the needs of every individual. She has several accolades under her belt that speak to her mastery. Maria holds a Masters degree in aromatherapy, is a certified drugless practitioner, certified surgical technologist and master herbalist. Her qualifications give her a superior knowledge of botany and herbal compositions that can be used as an alternative to mainstream medicine. Owing to her medical background she has a distinguished understanding of the human anatomy which aids her greatly in her practice. She has the insight to treat a variety of ailments and believes in not only alleviating the patient’s physical trauma but their emotional and psychosomatic pain as well. She is also a licensed aesthetician who is passionate about healing skin from within, specializing in skin rejuvenation and treatments that elevates the look and feel of her clients’ skin. As a talented reiki practitioner on top of her aforementioned laurels, Maria is skilled at identifying the source of discomfort and stress and utilizing methodical techniques to dispel negative energy, thereby promoting relaxation and healing through gentle touch. She has also received training as a Labor Doula and is an expert at providing physical and emotional support to pregnant couples. Sonja Secrets and Wellness Lounge Maria’s entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to find the Sonja Secrets and Wellness Lounge, a center dedicated to alternative medicine and treatment. Through her business, she strives to create a holistic approach to preventing and reversing diseases and skin conditions, promising her clients a mind and body completely free of negativity. Passionate to educate the masses through her knowledge and experience Maria has also written 5 books on alternative medicine and holistic treatment that are available for purchase on Amazon.
