Mari B. Lutes is an author, holistic life coach, substance abuse counselor, and a recovering alcoholic who has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Her interests lie in the metaphysical realm. While she keeps her feet firmly planted on terra firma, she loves to explore the unseen world of quantum physics and metaphysics. Her latest book, Is This a Spiritual Awakening? Or My Bipolar? How to Tell the Difference, explores the world of mental illness and mysticism. Mari also loves spending time outdoors in nature.
