As a highly experienced business Leader, Certified Coach and Human Behaviour Specialist, Mareena is on a mission to wake up wellness in workplaces across the world.

An expert in thriving workplace culture, she wrote the book 'For the Love of Leadership' to share her personal highs and lows of leadership and talk openly about experiencing a psychological injury at work.

As a well regarded leader of an internationally recognised high performing team to suffering a mental health injury all in 12 months, she went on a self discovery journey to make sense of that. Dealing with the shame and silence that surrounds these types of injuries was hard enough, but not speaking about it adds salt to the wounds.

She shares the learning from this experience through speaking at business and wellness events to help leaders spark meaning in their business and reignite their teams. She believes "Everyone deserves to live a life that feels good, and workplaces have an opportunity to contribute to that for their team members and customers.

Mareena lives in Brisbane Australia with her husband and 3 adult children. When having fun she's exploring the world, and when resting you'll find her in nature.
