With almost two decades of experience in finance supply chain adventures, Marcia has had the privilege to work with high-profile companies—many Fortune 500—including Hershey, Lindt Chocolates, Coty, Cummins, and Alcoa. Starting as an accountant in Uruguay, Marcia entered the supply chain and procurement world through Michigan State University, where she also experienced snow for the first time. Marcia's New York-based business, USM Supply Chain, helps fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies achieve greater profits through revenue increase and cost reduction with proven financial and operational frameworks, analytics, and automation. Marcia is a consultant, educator, writer, and speaker. When their three children are not fighting, Marcia and her husband, Jason, are the proud parents of Alex, Emma, and Rebecca (Becky).
