Marc was born in Nuremberg, Germany, in 1966. He spent his childhood in Germany and Saudi Arabia, before moving to Switzerland in 1990. He was part victim, part witness, of a tragic incident in Syria in 1984 that nearly cost his' and his parent's lives, and that is at the origin of his relentless drive for a passionate life.

He grew from a self-made software developer to leading multi-million dollar projects in one of the big four consulting firms, and founded multiple highly successful startups over his career.

Alongside his professional career in a wide array of management and leadership positions, he developed a passion for people development, helping people thrive. He is an accomplished performance coach who has helped hundreds of clients succeed in their personal and professional life.
