Manuela Sanne, born in 1962, grew up in Höxter on the Weser. In her early twenties she moved to the Bergisches Land, where she has lived with her family ever since. She worked in the book trade for many years until she became self-employed as a writer and copywriter in 2010. As the author of the humorous North Sea thrillers about hobby investigator Rosa Fink in Piper Verlag, she combines three great passions: books, writing and the North Sea coast as her favorite holiday destination.
