Malti Bhojwani is a Singapore-based executive coach, author, and facilitator of transformation with over two decades of experience supporting individuals and leadership teams across Asia, Europe, and Australia. She works independently and in collaboration with global consulting firms, including McKinsey & Company through its leadership and change practice, Aberkyn, supporting organisations undergoing deep cultural and behavioural change. Her work focuses on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and helping people lead and live with greater clarity, presence, and integrity. Malti is the author of several internationally recognised books on self-awareness and inner transformation. She has been a regular expert contributor to major publications, including the Times of India, and is known for bringing humanity, grounded spirituality, and practical wisdom into high-performance environments. Her meditation practice spans more than fifteen years and has been shaped by neuroscience, somatic awareness, and contemplative traditions. She trained in the Dynamic Mind Practice through Gita Bellin & Associates in the UK, and her teaching emphasises simplicity, self-sufficiency, and everyday integration rather than technique or dogma. Malti is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, trained in ontological coaching, NLP, organisational transformation, and somatic work. Earlier in her career, she worked hands-on in business, an experience that continues to ground her work in real-world complexity. Born in Singapore, Malti has lived in Indonesia, Australia, and India, and now resides in Singapore with her husband. She has an adult daughter who lives and works in Australia.
