Manager and author. Co-founder of Vidyanam and the Dhyana Academy, he is the Sole Administrator of Percorsi My Life Design. With a simple language and a touch of irony, he is committed to making mindfulness accessible to everyone. In January 2025, he publishes his first book, Chi Si Ferma Si Ritrova (BUR Rizzoli), which is enthusiastically received by both the public and critics. Among various recognitions, the book wins first place at the Switzerland Literary Prize, the Trofeo Alato of the International Prize of the City of Cattolica, and the Special Jury Prize of the Samnium, and is selected for the “Mente e Corpo in Equilibrio” series by Corriere della Sera.
