Born in Rome in 1970, Luana Troncanetti explores genres ranging from ironic writing to noir. A former blogger, journalist, and copywriter, she curated a children’s book review column for Genitoricrescono and collaborated with Zebuk. A self-proclaimed cynical misanthrope by precaution, she detests fake hearts, over-punctuation, and anyone who tweets “Friend!!!” after thirty seconds of acquaintance. She loves reading, dreamed of painting as a child, started publishing stories in 2009, and is still trying to figure out why.
Except for “La cuoca – Storia di un terremoto” and “Il recinto dei pazzi”, all her other works available on Amazon were originally published through established publishing houses. After contractual obligations expired, she chose to give these pages a second life. In January 2025, she revamped all her independent works, adding the LSP logo to the covers — an invitation to read without prejudice, which has always been her approach: whether unknown or renowned author, self-published or not, large or small publishing house, man/woman/evergreen plant/Martian/platypus, any literary genre, short story or thousand-page tome.
