Lorraine Romeril-Smith is a visionary leadership educator, business mentor, and advocate for women who lead. With over three decades of experience in senior management across advertising, media, and manufacturing, Lorraine has guided teams, mentored professionals, and managed high-stakes national and international accounts with strategic insight and results-driven focus.
A qualified educator and professional trainer, she has designed and delivered programs in supervision, team leadership, sales, and customer engagement across the government, corporate, and entrepreneurial sectors in Australia and New Zealand. Lorraine is the author of The Leadership Blueprint for Women and the creator of the soon to be published Pocket Rocket Leadership series—smart, practical guides designed to help women navigate the real-world challenges of leading people, projects, and teams. Her writing combines years of lived leadership experience with tools, stories, and strategies that make leadership feel possible, even without the title.
She was a finalist in the Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year awards and represented New Zealand as part of a Women’s Group Study Exchange team to the United States.
