Welcome to my Amazon author page, and thank you for visiting! I’ve loved reading and writing all my life, hiding in my bedroom with my nose in a book as a child, and producing some very questionable poetry on the typewriter I requested for Christmas. Luckily, I grew out of my poetry habit, and stick to writing novels these days. Growing up I lived in a small village where no one locked their door, cows peered over hedges into back gardens and my pet chicken once tried to board the school bus with me! This was wonderful inspiration for Babblebrook, the setting for my debut romance, The Cotswolds Christmas Café. I’m still a big reader, and love cosying up with a good book after walking my dappy dog in the woods. I also write historical fiction under the name Elizabeth Lee.
