Dr. L. Xochitl Vallejos is a licensed psychotherapist, professor, and the creator of @therelationshipanarchist, a platform dedicated to liberated love and intentional connection. She holds a Ph.D. and teaches graduate level courses, where her work draws on existential, decolonial, and liberation psychology. She is also the author of "The Relationship Anarchist Cookbook" and a frequent presenter and invited speaker. Xochitl's writing blends clinical insight with lived experience, treating personal healing as both a source of material and a political practice. Her mission is to help readers move through grief, rupture, and reinvention with clarity and self-possession rather than shame. She currently continues to write, teach, and build community around relationship anarchy and relational ethics.
