My mission, and the reason I founded Simplicity Consulting, is to help everyone thrive in the new world of work. Simplicity Consulting provides enterprise marketing services that help brands run their marketing programs and operations at speed and scale. When I started Simplicity Consulting in 2006 after the birth of my second son, I wanted high impact work that leveraged my skills in a flexible way. Today, I’m proud to lead a company that helps talented experts do the work they love, while helping busy managers achieve their goals faster. Simplicity Consulting has been recognized as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company in America for five consecutive years and one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s largest woman-owned businesses in Washington state. Building businesses is my passion. After 15 years managing and growing strategic multi-million-dollar accounts for corporations, I embarked on this journey to help people find significance and success at work.
