Lisa Copeland is an entrepreneur, bestselling author, speaker, business strategist, and nationally recognized sales and leadership expert who believes a woman’s most powerful chapter may begin after 50.

After building a successful career across the automotive, mortgage, and real estate industries, Lisa has become known for challenging women to stop playing small, use their voices, build wealth, and create lives of purpose, influence, and impact.

Her career has been defined by reinvention. Lisa served as Managing Partner of FIAT/Alfa Romeo of Austin, where she helped build one of the most successful FIAT dealerships in North America and earned recognition as one of the **Top 100 Women in Automotive**. She later returned to real estate in her 50s and built a multimillion-dollar business while developing and leading a real estate organization of hundreds of agents.

Lisa is the co-author of Crushing Mediocrity and Author of Car Buying, Her Way and Lioness Unleashed: A Manifesto for Women Who Refuse to Stay Silent.

Through her books, businesses, speaking, and the growing Lioness movement, Lisa is committed to helping women—particularly women entering their second act—build financial independence, embrace leadership, leverage new technology, and recognize the value of the experience they have spent decades earning.

Her philosophy is simple:

You weren't built to blend in. You were built to lead the hunt.

Lisa believes wealth is about more than money. It creates choices, freedom, generosity, influence, and the ability to leave a legacy.

After more than three decades in business, she is still building, still learning, still taking risks—and encouraging other women to do the same.

Because the world doesn't need women over 50 to become quieter. It needs them to become more powerful.
