My awareness of Narcissistic Personality Disorder came from my own personal experiences. Naturally, as a therapist, I became interested in helping other people who struggle with narcissism within themselves or others. For many years, my clients encouraged me to write a book on narcissism; how to identify it and what to do about it. Together, with my co-authors Dr. Paul Meier and Cynthia Munz, we collaborated to bring this "You Might Be A Narcissist If..." to print. I have been married since 1986 and my husband and I have 3 children. We live in the Sacramento area and I have a private practice in Gold River. When I have the time, I enjoy hiking along the American River Parkway.
