Linda Vater, Garden Inspired Living Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Welcome to my garden inspired life! I am passionate about gardening and garden design and have lived and gardened at my 1932 English Tudor home in historical Oklahoma City for the past thirty plus years. I document the garden world that I share with my three handsome men, my patient husband and two wonderful sons. I’m a self-taught garden designer, writer and media producer who obsesses over garden-inspired living, especially my topiary and potager, a small decorative vegetable and herb garden. Here I grow fresh food and flowers for my home, and spend much time writing, pondering and over-analyzing life, books, friends and family (I'm one of ten children, so I have lots to ponder)! I appear weekly on our local NBC news affiliate, KFOR, as the 'Garden Guru’ and speak frequently on topics all things gardening. I recently introduced the LINDA VATER Signature Garden Collection on QVC and find myself interested in all forms and languages of design, in and out of the garden. I contribute to HGTV magazine, SOUTHERN LIVING, GARDEN GATE MAGAZINE, GARDEN DESIGN content and TERRITORY OKC, and am a spokesperson for the SOUTHERN LIVING PLANT COLLECTION and Breck's Bulbs. My garden has been featured in more publications and been on more garden tours than I can count. I am a firm believer that gardening brings us together.
