From the time I was a little girl, playing with my dolls as students, I wanted to teach school. Since I started school in a one-room building with three grades and one teacher, where, I wonder, was the glamour? Nonetheless, I stayed with that plan through high school, my B.S. degree, my MA, my Ph.D., and two little boys thrown in there somewhere. And, uh, a divorce, leaving me with a lot on my plate. Loving books as I did, the dream of writing one was always there. However, since I taught mostly Shakespeare and others before the time of novels, I had to really shift gears not to write in Elizabethan English. My first novel, THE DREAM CHANGED, is still cooking. My second novel became THE SECOND MILAGRO. I have had two agents, had bad luck with both. The first one died and the second one didn't! Without an agent, I have had a modicum of success with THE SECOND MILAGRO. It has been released as an audiobook, and I have sold enough copies to be proud. During these same years, my love of traveling has taken me around the world. I am an artist of sorts, and have about 70 paintings. I have watched my sons grow up and have five boys of their own. Best of all, I found the love of my life, Ray, who has made the past twenty-five years a true love story! Now, I would love for you to see my book trailer and read the book. I hope you enjoy it. If the producer who has recently said he is interested in seeing THE SECOND MILAGRO as a movie comes through, you may see me on the Red Carpet at the Oscars! I have been dreaming all my life.
