The author, assumed Lily Winter, was born in India and grew up in an orphanage. Fortunately, she soon was adopted to Germany, where she still lives with her family. She enjoys reading romance or fantasy and, of course, all of this vampire stuff. Most of her ideas come while on holiday or asleep, ideally simultaneously. The idea for her first novel and kick-off of her summertrilogy „Gestern, Morgen, für immer?“ appeared like a daydream: She watched two people kissing each other and then leaving in different trains. Because she urgently wanted to know how this would continue, she started to write it down.
By the way, the name Lily Winter was invented by her friend, who ensured her, that books, published under this name, she certainly would buy maybe.
