Leon is the Lead pastor of Lifecentral Church, a multi-site church based in Halesowen, just outside Birmingham, UK. The church is now in several locations including a church in Durres, Albania. Leon is also part of Elim’s regional team helping encourage other churches across the area and part of the Spring Harvest planning group.
He is also one of the founders of the Further Faster Network, helping churches to become more outward focussed.
Leon founded and chairs a charity called Phase Trust now one of the biggest providers of Youth work in the region that specialise in working with marginalised young people bringing them hope and support.
He is married to Allison and they have 2 grown-up sons and 2 granddaughters. He enjoys traveling, movies, music, good food and sport.
