Leena Gupta is a Transformational Life Coach, Penguin Author - Anchor Within, "Wellness On The Go" expert, and TEDx Speaker. With over two decades of experience, she has trained 25,000+ people across 25 countries and serves as Senior Faculty with the Art of Living Foundation for 23+ years and has been personally mentored by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She has worked with leading corporations including, Intel, Adobe, Morgan Stanley, IBM, Jindal Steel, IDFC First, Merrill Lynch to name a few and has curated the CFBP Holistic Health Summit, one of health and wellness’ premier conferences in India in both 2023 and 2024. At the heart of Leena’s work is her signature 3P Approach —Philosophy, Psychology, and Practicality—which blends ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and effective practical tools. Her signature techniques, including The Radical Mission Statement, 4-5-6 Breathwork Technique, Happy Mirror Work, and customized guided meditations, have helped thousands unlock clarity, inner peace, and have personal breakthroughs leading to a more fulfilled and authentic life. Recognized for her work in wellness and happiness leadership, Leena has received the FICCI Ladies Organization Women Achiever Award and the Woman of Excellence Award amongst other awards. Raised in the US and having lived in India, the UK, Thailand, and Hong Kong, Leena brings a global perspective to her work. A Smith College alumna, she draws from her cross-cultural insights in her first book, Anchor Within—Life Lessons and Techniques for Inner Confidence, Resilience, and Happiness, which has been published by Penguin in February 2025.
