Lee Mergy has spent 25 years working with Fortune 500 chief executives, CFOs, and senior line managers to help them deliver superior company performance in both the customer and capital markets. Lee has extensive experience in a range of consumer and industrial product markets. Along with Scott Gillis and Joe Shalleck, Lee co-founded Galt & Company, a global management advisory firm. The Managing Directors of Galt & Company have been associated with some of the more notable corporate success stories of the last two decades, including Gillette, Clorox, and ITT. Lee is a recognized authority on helping senior managers deliver industry-leading shareholder value growth. His recent book, Beliefs, Behaviors & Results, co-authored with Scott Gillis and Joe Shalleck, discusses how the wrong prior-held beliefs prevent talented management teams from outperforming their competitors. The book also defines the five practical principles that are behind the performance of some of the world's most successful companies. Lee holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, and a bachelors degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Kansas. Lee lives with his family in Connecticut and has offices in New York, Chicago, London and Singapore.
