Lee Judson is a veteran change-management leader who works with neurodiverse employees and their managers to turn neurodiversity into an organizational strength. Over decades in insurance, private practice, hospitals, and medical devices, she has guided three major corporate transformations—each completed without loss of productivity and without losing a single team member. A practitioner of Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen, Lee pairs systems thinking with strengths-based coaching to make neurodiversity awareness part of everyday practice: hiring, onboarding, communication, feedback, and retention. But beyond the frameworks, her true passion is helping people feel seen and valued at work. As a neurodivergent professional and the mom of two grown neurodivergent children and two spirited dogs, her perspective is both professional and personal. As a coach to neurodivergent employees and leaders, Lee brings empathy and humor to the challenges of change. In partnership with the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity, she works to end stigmas while equipping all team members to thrive.
