Lea Appleton is a professional certified coach helping people navigate change and live meaningful lives. A former higher-ed leader who built multicultural, interreligious communities and an outdoor-industry veteran, Lea blends credible guidance with a calm, approachable style. She is the founder of Wild Wayfinding, a collective of coaching, consulting, and guided experiences that inspires the spirit of adventure for life’s transitions. Drawing on her expertise in mindful practices, she also provides corporate workshops that help build workforce resilience in uncertain times through mindful walking and practices that reduce stress. When not working, Lea likes to spend time in her vegetable garden, hiking the local mountains, or taking photographs of things that catch her eye outdoors. Lea has a Master of Arts in Music, a Master of Divinity degree, and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation and is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She lives with her husband Billy and has three adult children.
