Laura López Coto is journalist, scriptwriter and writer. She is a specialist in Seitai, the Japanese Culture of Health recognised by the Ministry of Education and Science of Japan. She is Director of the Seitai School and member of the Seitai Foundation. Her online courses have opened the dissemination of this culture of Life and Health to the world. Since 2020, her books have been translated into several languages: English, French, Bulgarian, etc. And she has signed contracts with several international publishing houses in Spain, Canada, France, Belgium, Switzerland, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Bulgaria, etc. She has been a disciple and assistant of Master Katsumi Mamine and is the author of the book Seitai Inteligencia Vital, 1st edition 2015, 2nd edition 2022, (EDAF), Seitai Mujer Vital, (2017) and Seitai Katsugen Undo, 2019 with Canal Abierto Editorial. Laura López Coto's professional career has developed in the news services of Antena 3 TV and she is currently director of the production company Canal Abierto Producciones TV SL, which produces reports for the main channels, such as Mediaset. She is also an editor at Canal Abierto Editorial. She gives conferences, experiential workshops and advises and introduces Seitai to companies dedicated mainly to sport and creativity.
