It follows Chris Fletcher, who is hiding out in a remote cottage on a Scottish loch with his wife, Jillian, nervously waiting an inquest in which he will give evidence regarding the death of his one time lover, and target. But days before the inquest, Jillian goes missing. All eyes turn on Chris. He is definitely guilty of a crime. But which one? I hope you enjoy the sound of it! The Times has described it as 'unforgettable' and one of the best crime books of 2025 (hurrah!)
