Kyle McDowell is a former corporate executive turned bestselling author, speaker, and leadership coach, widely recognized for his transformational approach to leadership rooted in authenticity, courage, and a powerful sense of “WE.”

During his thirty-year run in the corporate world, McDowell led tens of thousands of employees and was responsible for multi-billion dollar P/Ls. A feeling familiar to many, McDowell also became disillusioned with traditional corporate culture. Until a moment of clarity led him to create The 10 WEs—a set of guiding principles that inspired his bestselling book, Begin With WE: 10 Principles for Building and Sustaining a Culture of Excellence.

Kyle’s message is simple yet profound: when leaders prioritize people over egos and principles over politics, teams thrive. Today, he helps leaders and organizations around the world build what McDowell has coined, "a Culture of Excellence: a work environment void of fear and rich in collaboration where authentic leaders and team members operate on a level playing field in pursuit of aligned personal, professional, and organizational goals."
