Fitzharris was handpicked by the U.S. Secretary of Defense & nominated by the Joint Chiefs of Staff through the DoD to the prestigious JCOC & DOCA. At the Pentagon, Fitzharris was briefed, then flown by C-17 to inspect Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, & US Coast Guard bases up and down the Eastern Seaboard.
