Dr. Kristina Hallett is a psychologist, professor, executive coach and international speaker. Dr. Hallett specializes in helping motivated professionals and entrepreneurs become stress-smart by harnessing the positive power of stress to increase resilience, productivity and well-being. She recognizes that happiness is a choice – a choice that comes from digging deeply, accepting oneself fully as perfectly imperfect and learning to "own your flawesome". Dr. Hallett received a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from Wellesley College. She was awarded a master’s degree and a doctorate in clinical psychology by the University of Massachusetts, is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology. Dr. Hallett specializes in work with first responders, medical and mental health professionals and veterans addressing issues of stress, trauma, work and relationship functioning.
