Krista Lindquist is an author, intuitive guide, and yoga life coach, living her mission to help others make peace with the past and manifest miracles into the present. After a decade of personal healing, Krista became a certified wellness coach, yoga teacher, and Reiki master, and left her corporate job in 2019 to establish JaeRae Wellness, LLC. In 2022, she published her wildly inspiring memoir, The Daisy Diaries, and shortly after, joined a 25-author cast in The Ancestors Within: Celebrate and Honor Your Sacred Origins. In early 2023, Krista teamed up with best-selling author, friend, and book coach, Nicole Washburn, to release the Opening the Channel to Write Your Story eCourse, workbook, and 44-card oracle card deck. Now, Krista resides in Montana with her family, where she continues writing, teaching, and guiding clients and classes through card readings, coaching, yoga, and Reiki, sound healing, and writing to help you heal and thrive in a life you love!
