Most experts don't struggle because they're bad at what they do. They struggle because they can't explain it in a way that makes people lean in and say yes.

Kris Jones helps them fix that.

After more than two decades in brand strategy and messaging, Kris noticed a frustrating pattern. Talented business owners were getting real results for their clients, yet their websites, social posts, and sales conversations were doing the opposite of what they should. Instead of attracting the right people, they created confusion, hesitation, and silence. The problem was never skill. It was clarity.

Kris helps coaches, consultants, and service providers turn their expertise into a single, simple story that attracts the right clients and moves them confidently toward a yes. Her Signature Story-Selling System™ replaces scattered marketing with clear messaging that works across websites, discovery calls, proposals, and content.

Before this work, Kris guided brands and leaders across industries, including global names like Nike and Adidas. Today she works closely with experts who want their businesses to feel lighter, more profitable, and easier to grow.

Her clients have used these principles to:

• Raise rates without pushback
• Book consistent discovery calls without paid ads
• Build waitlists instead of chasing leads
• Turn websites into reliable sales tools
• Grow from inconsistent months to predictable revenue

Kris is one of the very first StoryBrand Certified Guides, mentored directly by Donald Miller, bestselling author of Building a StoryBrand. She is the founder of Red Door Stories, known for simplifying complex ideas into clear, usable strategies. Every framework she teaches has been tested in real businesses, including her own.

Her belief is simple. When you get clear on the problem you solve and say it in plain language, everything changes. Marketing becomes easier. Sales feel more natural. And the business finally supports the life you wanted when you started it.
