Kimberly is an Associate-Level Real Estate Broker and financial strategist, specializing in creative financing, investment transactions, and wealth-building. Beyond finance, KimberlyRay is deeply involved in business consulting and real estate investing, helping clients streamline deals and maximize financial opportunities - helping real estate agents understand the large gap that they’re missing within financing - especially the Grey divorce and or 55+ life transitioning… utilizing leveraging and basically education to release financial knowledge.
