Kim C. Korn conducts workshops and consulting engagements world-wide to help companies to both see and achieve their possibility. He founded Create Advantage, Inc. in 2004 in order to pursue his passion to help companies thrive indefinitely. In the process, Kim co-authored Infinite Possibility: Creating Customer Value on the Digital Frontier. Now Kim has come out with The Laws of Managing showing how enterprises become regenerative. Practicing regenerative managing, enterprises continually rejuvenate in pursuit their meaningful purpose to thrive forever. Kim was born and raised in Mason City, Iowa. He pursued an education in architecture for two years at Iowa State University. Following that, he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa followed by an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the same school. While at Iowa, he taught undergraduate corporate finance and provided research for a published business book on market inefficiencies. Following college, he consulted for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for six years. This led into his seventeen year career at Andersen Corporation where he performed a variety of roles related to business transformation--from business process development, to ecosystem innovation, to executive leadership. This career in business as both a consultant and management practitioner led to his founding of Create Advantage, Inc.
