Dr. Kevin Wells is a pastor, certified coach, and leadership mentor with a passion for helping people move from calling to clarity. For more than three decades, he has served the local church and trained emerging leaders to live with purpose, courage, and conviction.

Through his books, coaching programs, and courses, Dr. Wells equips pastors, volunteers, and believers to discover their God-given design and lead with confidence. His teaching blends deep biblical truth with practical tools for everyday life—always rooted in the belief that faith was never meant to stay inside the church walls.

Dr. Wells is the founder of Kevin Wells Coaching, where he helps small-church pastors and leaders grow healthy ministries without burning out. He also serves as lead pastor at Family Life Church in New Oxford, Pennsylvania.
