Kevin is the best-selling author of The Outlier Approach: How to Triumph in Your Career as a Nonconformist. Kevin is also an adjunct professor at Chapman University where he teaches entrepreneurship. He has been a serial entrepreneur and has focused on tech startups where all three companies crossed the $1M ARR (Annual Revenue Rate) mark, two of which grew to $7M ARR and $31M ARR. He has also worked as a CSO at the Vista Group (NZE:VGL) and serves as an advisor to numerous startups. His work has been featured on CNBC, Forbes, HuffPost, NYT, LA Times, Xinhua News, Korea Times and many more. Kevin's career began at 18 when he dropped out of college and began making nearly $10,000 per month in a networking marketing business despite speaking broken English after moving back from Korea. After realizing he wanted to achieve bigger things in life, Kevin finished college with a degree in finance and became a Stock Broker in Wall Street during the Great Recession and then a Research Analyst for William O’Neil (Investors Business Daily). He then successfully transitioned his career to Silicon Valley to cofound his startup and his success lead him to a C-Level position for a subsidiary of a publicly-traded company. Before the age of 31, Kevin not only transformed his identity from a deer-in-a headlights-immigrant, but perfectly assimilated to American culture and has had great success as an executive and an entrepreneur in Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and Hollywood. His story along with his experience working with executives and entrepreneurs in all walks of life are highlighted in his bestselling book The Outlier Approach
