Kayla Bailey is an author, coach, and youth sports leader dedicated to helping athletes, parents, and coaches thrive beyond the scoreboard. As the creator of the Beyond the Performance series, she writes about confidence, resilience, identity, leadership, and the mental side of performance. Drawing from her experience coaching youth athletes and leading sports programs, Kayla combines practical strategies with real-life stories to help readers navigate pressure, setbacks, and personal growth. Her mission is to develop people first and performers second, believing that character, confidence, and resilience create lasting success both on and off the field. Kayla lives in Missouri with her son Jonah, a competitive baseball player and co-author of Performing Beyond the Pressure (coming soon).
