I’ve had three diverse but related chapters to my career, all rooted in a deep curiosity about people and their contexts: journalism (which is about understanding people’s circumstances), marketing (which is about understanding their needs) and management (which is about harnessing this kind of understanding to lead people and provide lasting value to customers). I've lived and worked on four continents, but wherever I've been and whatever the field - from media to technology to banking - I gravitate to the same worthy work: asking questions, seeking out diverse perspectives and teams, and creating digital products, brands and experiences built to delight.
