Katja Kleiber writes crime novels that are characterized by extraordinary characters: in her suc-cessful crime series about the unconventional private detective Sandy – a former punk – she shows the dark corners of Frankfurt and provides insights into the dark side of the banking city. Her Eifel crime novels, featuring “Eifelhexe” Ella Dorn, published by the renowned Emons-Verlag, take readers to the mystical forests along the Moselle and Ahr. The Spain crime novel “Riskantes Erbe” offers a perfect blend of suspense and holiday feeling – an ideal book for when you're traveling or for a cozy evening at home.
Her literary talent has been supported by several work scholarships from the Hessische Kul-turstiftung and “Neustart Kultur” from VG Wort.
