Katie Hodgetts (she/her) is an activist, author and founder/Executive Director of the Resilience Project, a youth-led organisation weaving spaces of peer-support, intergenerational mentoring and emotional resilience. Backed by research from Imperial College London and Stanford University, TRP's work is transforming concern into courage, across the global youth climate movement. Named a Global Youth Awards Finalist in 2018 for empowering young people, she has physically mobilised over 80,000 people for climate action in her early 20s. She founded the Resilience Project age 24 after seeing little psychological and inner-led support on offer for young people in navigating burnout, climate anxiety and tremendous uncertainty. Recognised for her work, names the Conduit's Young Climate Innovator (2023), she sits on IKEA’s Young Global Leaders Board. She has been invited to share her message on international stages, to Heads of State and CEOs. Her book ‘Act Rest Reset Repeat: Create Change Without Burning Out’ is available Spring 2026. In the physical world, you'll find her in the Scottish Highlands, where she delights in nature, yoga teaching, wild-swimming and hill-walking.
