Katie Carey created the Soulful Valley Publishing House in May 2021. She is an International Best-Selling Author and host of the Soulful Valley Podcast, which ranks globally in the Top 1%. Through both her podcast and multi-author book collaborations, Katie helps metaphysical coaches, energy healers, authors, and creative business owners elevate their work so the people they are here to serve can find it. Katie is also featured in the award-winning film Zero Limits (releasing September 2025 on Amazon Prime and Apple TV), which shares the transformative power of living beyond limitations. This message resonates deeply with her life and work. Formerly the founder of STAGES, an alternative mental health charity that she ran for seven years, Katie is a passionate advocate for mental health and emotional well-being. Her own journey was profoundly shaped when she was forced to retire due to ill health at the age of 48, with conditions brought about by trauma and a lifetime of toxic relationships. Katie blends science and spirituality, and the synchronicities that bring authors into her multi-author books are part of the magic she curates. She aims to share these concepts with people seeking support for their mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. A former actress and singer with a background in TV, radio, and theatre, Katie first manifested her creative path in her teens. Today, she lives in Oakham, Rutland, in the UK, where she is mum to three adult children and “Nanny Katie” to her grandchildren. Katie has dedicated her life to helping people break free from ancestral, toxic, and generational patterns of lack and trauma. Through her work as a mentor, coach, podcaster, author, publisher, and through her poetry and music, she continues to raise consciousness and guide others into the frequency of miracles.
