Author Kathy Anderson is no stranger to the devastating effects of negative thinking. When complications from a debilitating illness nearly took her life, Kathy suddenly became well acquainted with the pain, confusion and disappointment which often accompanies the unexpected in life. What followed next was a high-speed journey down the slippery slope of negative thinking, along with its crippling consequences. During her time treating and persevering through illness, Kathy learned the secret of “recalculating”, and breaking free from negative thinking, which not only transformed her health, but changed the course of her entire life. Kathy is a teacher, public speaker, student of Biblical Studies, and longtime Christ follower. She is married to her amazing husband, Dan, has three grown kiddos, two daughters-in-law, and one grandbaby. Kathy enjoys writing music, reading and writing books, and loves anything related to health and fitness. She currently lives in Lancaster County, PA.
