Karen Wright is a globally respected executive coach and the owner of a coaching company, Parachute Executive Coaching, based in Toronto, Canada. She leads a team of coaches who work to build leadership capacity at the senior levels of large organizations around the world. Karen’s own coaching focuses on working with executives to achieve the elusive combination of health, happiness and success. Karen has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada, and has studied coaching skills extensively through the completion of several accredited training programs as well as participation in Dr. Martin Seligman’s first Positive Psychology coach training course and a certification as a Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. One of the first Professional Certified Coaches in Canada and now one of an elite group of Master Certified Coaches globally, Karen is a leader in the coaching profession. Karen was the 2020 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Coaching Federation, based on her ongoing contributions to the coaching profession. Karen lives in Toronto, Canada - but can often be found in Paris or adventuring elsewhere in the world.
